How do I access workout videos?

Can I upload my own progress videos?

Yes. Depending on your subscription plan, you can upload progress videos for your coach to review. This feature allows your trainer to evaluate your form, provide feedback, and make adjustments to your program. Supported formats include MP4, MOV, and AVI. There is a file size limit per upload, which is displayed on the upload page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Go to your profile, select "Subscription," and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time.
