All training programs, videos, images, text, and other content provided through the platform are the property of FitCoach Pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Content uploaded by users (such as progress photos or videos) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a limited license to display it within the platform.
• You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

FitCoach Pro provides fitness training content for informational and educational purposes. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• You should consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
• We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from following training programs on the platform.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Service.
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• You abuse the platform or harass other users.
• Your payment method is declined and not resolved within a reasonable period.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
